Irregular period or pregnant ?

Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex about 3 weeks ago and he came inside of me,my period was supposed to be here 4 days ago and it still is not here and doesn’t look like it’s coming, I’ve been nauseous, back aches, tired , cramping, headaches, super hungry. I tested early in the morning first pee of the day and the digital and lined tests both came out negative. I’ve never missed a period before I’ve always been on time. Could I be testing to early or just an irregular period ??
