TTC after Nexplanon

I had the nexplanon implant in for about 6 months now and I just got it taken out on 05/16/19, me and my fiancé are trying to conceive but it seems that many women are having trouble trying to conceive or just get their periods back. I started spotting yesterday and still am today, it seems like I’m bleeding a little more than yesterday, the weird thing is that it changes colors it’ll be like a darker red, then kind of brownish, then kind of pinkish. I just would like to hear everyone else’s experience and how long it took them to conceive.
