Nexplanon removal

I had the implant for almost 2 and a half years. My period came just about every 27-28 days. I had my period 6-4-19 through 6-8-19. I had my implant removed on 6-14-19 and started spotting 6-17-19 with cramps. It was very very light and pink. Now, my question is, do I call that spotting my "period"? I have been using ovulation strips in the off chance it doesn't mean anything but they have been negative and at this point if I were to have quick ovulated it would have happened today. Do I just use this spotting as like a reset button on my cycle? Or should I keep checking for ovulation through the spotting. My husband and I did have unprotected sex that the day after I had my implant removed. But then the spotting started the day after. So I'm not sure where I stand right now. If anyone has some good advice or have been down a similar road I could use some imput.
