Will belly button return to normal?

So I had my belly button pierced and took it out during pregnancy. Now I have like this weird hanging "hood" part of it. Has anyone experienced this and it go back to normal? I'm about 4 months postpartum. I was checked for an umbilical hernia and was told I don't have one so idk..

It’s lose skin from being over stretched. Most likely will stay that way

I had one but took it out a long time before I got pregnant and still have it so I think it will probably stay like that

I'm 14 months pp and it still looks like this.

6 months pp and still have it. I think its because i snapped back to normal.size quick because i didnt have this happen with my first born but this time i lost 40lbs in like 3 months
