Discharge with IUD

I’ve had the mirena IUD for about a year and a half now. I’ve noticed my discharge more during that time but it really hasn’t been that out of the normal. The last 2-3 weeks I’ve had a lot of milky white discharge with no smell. At times I’ve actually thought a period was starting because I could feel it coming out. TMI I know. Have any of you noticed these changes before? I’ve also taken a pregnancy test since many times that’s how they describe pregnancy CM but that wasn’t the case either.
