TMI!!!Hemrroids? More serious?

Ok so I'm 1mo 5days pp today so everything was fine up until like 3wpp I started feeling constipated when I used the restroom. I felt a little ball around my bumhole then a little blood on the paper....then the last 2times I went bright red blood all in toilet it hurts real bad to go I dont strain it takes me forever to go. I'm calling my ob tomorrow but has anyone had this happen? What was wrong? I thought it was gonna go away that's why I haven't called but all the blood is scary so I'm calling tomorrow also this is my 3rd birth
