Excuse the messy mirror but i'm 8 weeks and i understand bloat but this has me nervous. That's HUGE, that's what i look like at 20 weeks. Is that normal. Is it that excessive for anyone else? Do i have a bowel obstruction? Wth is happening here????

I had to start putting benefiber in my drinks because I’m so constipated! Drinking some electrolytes may also help but be careful of sugar content (I use coconut water and a splash of juice).

I’m about double that size after I eat, so don’t worry. As long as everything keeps moving through your system, pop a GasX and start shopping for maternity shirts :) That’s what I did 😂
