Sorry tmi

I have this bump about the size of a 📌 on the outside Like half way down on the left side of my vagina (diagram below) It hurts pretty bad especially when I wipe. I was sexually active about 3 months ago but it was protected other than oral obviously. Idk could something pop up so long after? Or is it just a normal abscess? It doesn’t have a white head or anything like that so I don’t think it’s a pimple. Anyone have anything like this before? Or know what it could be? Can’t get into the doctor for 3 more weeks! Help a girl out!
