How do people eat healthy when pregnant...?

I’m starting to wonder how anyone could ever eat purely healthy food when pregnant? I am an organic produce, organic meat, no wheat or dairy kind of girl when I’m not growing a human but my word...I am not surviving by eating what I normally do. I’ve been to McDonalds twice this week, have had cake and ice cream several times, am eating two breakfasts and two lunches a day in addition to countless snacks throughout the day. Nothing healthy keeps me full for more than an hour max and some days the thought of vegetables makes me want to hurl. Dairy, wheat and sour gummies buy me a few extra hours of satiation now whereas before I was pregnant I would be in pain eating too much of those. Anyone else experiencing this?! I don’t want to gain 100 lbs during this pregnancy but I don’t know what to do other than give in to what seems to be satisfying my body (and baby!). (case in point, so far today I’ve had an Iced Capp, Oreo pocket, oatmeal with blueberries, an apple, two jugs of water, chicken and rice with tzatziki, a giant Greek salad, a McDonald’s cheeseburger and a McFlurry and it’s only 2pm and I’m ravenous. About to get a ginger ale so the carbonation will fill my belly a bit and take the edge off.)
