a long vent, read if you're bored.

venting to you mamas because I need to and figured someone might read it. hopefully this doesnt get any negative feedback.😔

I had a baby 7 years ago. her dad & I were young, and basically dont really get along. we were together only 4 months when I got pregnant. so we didnt know each other at all.

he took me to court when she was 2. tried to get full custody, and of course didnt win. I'm a perfectly good mother. fast forward to now. I have an 11 week old son. My husband and I have been married since 2017. were stable. have had the same jobs, school, daycare, etc. well the sky is falling. I cant find a permanent solution for daycare. my maternity leave is coming to an end. our rent is going up...once again. we cannot afford to stay here any longer. immediate family has offered to help us, and provide permanent free daycare. but we have to relocate to a different state.

so, I am going to a lawyer tomorrow for a free consultation, and seeing what I need to do to relocate and take my 7 year old with.

her dad only truly has her one day a week. the other 2, she is with his mother. I do everything for her, as far as pay for health insurance, pick her daycares and school and set all that up. as far as I'm concerned, all he does is take her out for the day and gives her desserts. He was supposed to take her to school today...and couldn't even do that. he over slept and decided it wasnt worth driving her there late. this happens all the time. so....this sucks. I never wanted to take her away from him, but this is not good for our family.

I have been a gigantic stressball over everything. now it looks like I'm going to get off maternity leave, go back to work, and put in a transfer. I'm sure they'll love me for that. 👍 this has been so much fun.
