Feeling emotionally drain

Long story short. My man has a very important court date coming soon, regarding his son and custody. I know he’s under stress I know he’s frustrated, due to the fact that he hasn’t been able to see his son for almost two months. But anything I say to him , he gets upset at me. Any little comment I make any gesture, literally anything I do and he doesn’t like. It becomes an issue. And he gets upset and in a mood all day with me. I’m trying very hard to cope with, but I’m drained... one minute we’re ok the next we don’t talk and then he’s mad cause I won’t talk. I feel like I’m walking in eggshells all day. I feel as if he’s taking all he’s emotions and frustration out on me. I don’t know how to act or what to say anymore.
