He spent $50,000 without asking

So normally I just read on this app, and help with support and advice as I can. This time, I need support. I am a stay at home mom for our 2 boys. I resigned a job I had for almost 20 years to take care of our kids. Our youngest has had medical issues since birth, and we battle seizures daily. He was asked to leave the childcare facility because he terrified the staff. My husband works in the office most days. There is not a day he does not come home to a clean house, laundry done, dinner done, homework done, baths done, and kids ready for bed. I try my best to take all pressure off him, although when I worked 12 hours a day, I did it all then too. I take our youngest son to all his appointments, hospital visits, and testing. Not him! Our oldest is in kindergarten, and I have taken him to and from school everyday this year. Not him! I take our oldest to karate 2 times a week faithfully with our 1 year old in tow. That's a challenge! I do it all, and he really never helps unless I make a big deal about it. Now, tonight he comes home and tells me he bought a new car! He never consulted me, never asked if it was affordable (its not, and he traded in the car that was paid off), never asked if I liked the style..color..brand..NOTHING!!. He spent almost $50 grand without even saying a word. I feel like a roommate here, like a nanny, NOT A WIFE! Am I overreacting? What should I do?
