BFP in the way of career progression

Just took a test a few hours ago & got a positive. I’m not in a relationship with the dad to be & he’s away on mission. Don’t want to tell him until he returns because I’m afraid he will not take the news well...

I’m supposed to be moving and going to school in the next few weeks & I’m terrified to tell anyone. I really don’t know what to do. I do not want to miss out on this opportunity for career progression, but I know I’m not capable of intentionally terminating this pregnancy. Any advice?
