Measuring big at 28 weeks!

Went to doctors 2 weeks ago for my 28th week appointment. Doc said i'm measuring at 4cm more then I should. I am suppose to get scheduled for a ultrasound in two weeks to get a better idea about where we really are. And then she mentioned " After that she'd like for us to speak about delivery options.." So I guess for you mommas in the same situation, what does or did it mean for you? Will they induce early? Csection? I really dont know what to expect.
