I have an itchy anus & an itchy vagina (on the outside not inside) what can this mean?

Could be a yeast infection. They generally have nothing to do with cleanliness or lack thereof. Wearing tight clothes and panties made of synthetic materials can increase your chances though.

I completely changed my diet and wash routine. But mine was atopic dermatitis.
I started using cetaphyl face wash and it helped a ton! 
For the diet: NO:
Dairy
Soy 
Processed sugars
Grains except brown rice (whole steamed rice only) 
Fruit
Fatty meats except fish
Processed meats (ie lunch meat) 
Alcohol
So basically, plain tea or coffee with a little bit of almond milk at breakfast with a large omelet loaded with veggies and lean steak with a side of sweet potatoes. Lunch was usually a burrito bowl and dinner was chicken, rice, and veggies. I dropped 20 pounds in the first month and my skin cleared up a ton and a lot of inflammation went away. 
Even if it is a yeast or bacterial infection that diet and cleanser will give you a huge boost in treating it.

It means wash that ass... Somethings a Bruin... No seriously maybe use wet wipes to wipe ur bottom.. Maybe Ur not fully cleaning after sex.. Maybe u used the wrong body wash.. Maybe a new lube.. Maybe new kind of condoms.. So many things.. Keep alert to what has changed.. And if not ob time..
