Not sure if its normal?

I know abdominal pain during the 3rd trimester is normal. But for the last 2 days I have been in having pain to where I'm not able to do anything. I get a pain in my upper and lower stomach after taking a bite or two of food. Also there are times I'm just in pain and want to cry the pain is all four sides of my baby bump. But towards the center there is no tightness or pain. I am 34 weeks pregnant, and this stuff was not something that was mentioned when leaving the hospital Monday.
