Please tell me I’m not going crazy !!!!

Omggg so I had a very very VIVID dream literally the most REALEST feeling dream I’ve ever had this morning. So I was cuddling with my daughter in real life the same way in my dream. In my dream she was sleeping on my left arm which I had wrapped around her and my right arm I had resting on my belly all of a sudden I felt movements in my stomach and I was in shock because I’m like I can’t be pregnant. So I poked my stomach like I did when I was pregnant with my daughter and felt the movement AGAIN because it felt so real I was in my room cuddling my daughter the same way wearing the same clothes I was actually wearing I thought it was real and I’m like questioning it so I try to wake myself up low and behold I wake up and I go to poke my stomach and BAM again I feel movement I was in shock I’m like this can’t be ... so I just close my eyes again and ignore and AGAIN movement but this time it scared me and I actually woke up . But I had a dream within a dream I was pregnant... well I took this cheapie Walgreens rest and right away I get a faint line !! Should I trust it ?? Yes it is pink in person yes I can really see ! Could this be my BFP ???? Idk whether to trust it or not
