Last name dilemma..

So long story short my husband left almost two months ago. We’ve started the divorce process already and soon custody stuff for our three year old daughter. He has only seen her four times for a combined maybe 15 hours altogether. He barely asks about her or hasn’t done anything for us since he left. He’s literally left us high and dry even to the point of taking my vehicle from me knowing I have appointments to go too.

He has another daughter who he has no relationship with at all. No child support, no custody, nothing.

I’m 28 weeks pregnant with our second together and he has shown zero interest in this child not only since the split but before.

Is it wrong for me to be considering giving this child my last name?
