Another baby!

Me and my husband have HUGE baby fever! Our first was born in March of 16’. Here recently we’ve just been crazy about another baby and I just don’t know for sure if I want another. I miss being pregnant and the whole newborn and first year of their life🥺 question is, what did you mommies do when you were in my situation? My first is 3. I currently have an iud (paragard) and I just cant grasp the idea of “planning” another and I’m kinda scared🥺 I’m just so lost and confused. I DO want another but the whole planning part is scaring me away
