Braxton Hicks?

So I’m still confused on what Braxton Hicks actually are

Some say they are different for everyone, but so many people have posted something different on how /what it is for them

And many say they had them without even realizing it

So what I’m asking is, is this a Braxton hick?

It isn’t painful, somewhat uncomfortable tho

My belly is rock hard except towards the bottom where my pelvis is

I will feel like an instant urge down there as if I have to pee
