2 yr old vomiting 🤢

I’m lost as to why my 2 yr old is vomiting. We are visiting family in Texas we’ve been here about a week and yesterday she didn’t nap but was happy all day it was hard to get her to go to sleep until she curled up on the bed with me. I woke up to her coughing and a weird noise then she was crying and I could smell it. Which of course in turn woke up our one yr old. She has no fever or diarrhea as of right now. I want to go comfort my one yr old and help her go back to sleep. But I don’t want to possibly spread what ever my oldest has just in case. My husband ran off to get her some kids pepto so she’s in the room crying while I’m sitting on the bathroom floor with my sleeping 2 yr old who will throw up in her sleep if I’m not paying attention and get her to a bucket 😭 these kind of nights suck! And I’m 18 weeks pregnant so I’m struggling with the smell... 🤢
