Need immediate help
Hi guys so this is going to make me sound like a terrible person but about 2 weeks ago I rehomed a kitten (I’m a rescue) when the kitten left I told him SEVERAL times the date and time he would have to bring her back in 2 weeks. That was yesterday. I contacted him and his phone was off so then I contacted his wife and she answered she then said she would have him call me. A few hours go by still no call so I text her. She texts me back “ hi I should have gotten back to you sooner is it possible to not get her spayed I kind of wanted her to have babies”. I know my fault for trusting that people would actually bring the kitten back but I’m new at this. After texting her back that it was in the agreement to bring her back TODAY. She said ok I’ll try for 10:30 I sit I wait until it’s 11 and there’s nobody there. I finally texted her and asked her where she was. All night I texted her I called her I had my mom call her trying to figure out where she was and what happened to the kitten. At this point I was already freaked out that she wanted to breed her. All night nothing no text no call nada. Finally this morning she said you can pick her up to get spayed after 5. I wasn’t planning on driving but fine ok I’ll drive down there so she can be safe. My question is once we get the kitten I can’t in good conscience give her back to them I know out here there are legal surgeries that can reverse a spay! It has been a lot more then this as well. They have taken this kitten out to several places and she only has her first set of shots they haven’t taken her to get their second set. Out of all my adopters they where the only ones who didn’t tell me how she was doing which concerned me but I brushed it off but now this! I know many people won’t understand where I’m coming from but I’m honestly concerned about the kitten.
For everyone asking in rescue you see THOUSANDS of innocent animals being used for money and thousands out to sleep because of it that’s not what I want for them and I’m not going to be the reason that more animals get out to sleep. I
