I NEED HELP!!!

So I had my 3rd son oct 2017 got on depo and stopped takin it right away last shot was Jan 2018 I am still nursing my 19 month old 😩 so my period actually just came back since his birth in March of 2019 but I was getting my period like every 13-17 days and extremely heavy so I’m not Sure if I was ovulating or not but my last period was apr28th and I have been spotting on and off the last 3 days now but not enough to even wear a pad or tampon it only is when I wipe ?? I’m scared to test 🙈 could it be implantation or just a super super light period ?? I’ve never had a period where I needed no “flow support” HELP HELP HELP!!!!
