Pcos but regular period?? HELP

Hello ladies, i hope i can rely on someone else experience on this as a bomb was thrown at me on friday and i won t be able to contact my doctor till monday and Dr Google is driving me bananas.

Long story short, i’ve been TTc for 8 months and decided to go for a check to a fertility clinic. The gyno looked at my AMH results (28,6 pml - 4ng) and said i could have pcos based on that (on the chart says it is medium high level but google says is ok?)and that i will have to wait my next period to have a scan. Ok. BUT my period are regular every month (between 25/28 days), i have positive opk on day 14 (i can see a progression in colour from day 9 were is negative to day 14 so i dont have spikes of LH which are typical in women with pcos), i am normal weigh, no sugar imbalances in my blood.

I am so confused. I wasnt prepared to hear that cause i’ve always thought pcos relates to the absence of period or very long periods? Any experience on this? I am so scared that she got stuck with pcos diagnosis without looking at anything else and we may loose time to actually focus on other reasons?
