I need help guys :( Advise please!

Okay guys I have a lot of questions I hope theres atleast a few people have been through this or know whats going on. A little background Ive been taking metformin, ovaboost, vitex, prenatals in combination with eating right and exercising to treat PCOS with irregular periods. Ive been temping and using opk for two cycles now. I also started checking CP about 2 1/2 cycles ago. I have 35 day cycles and they are VERY heavy. They have been clotty, heavy, and very hellacious my whole life lol. Fast forward this is my 3rd cycle SINCE miscarrying trying to conceive. My last real period with full flow was April 11, 2019. I got my positive opk on May 1st and May 2nd by May 4th it was finally fading and my temp dropped so i figured Thats when my egg popped out lol. I had sex on may 1st & 2nd. I had a light spurse of blood in my undies Saturday night on May 4th so that also lead me to believe i had ovulated. So fast forward I tested all the way up until 12 DPO got BFN. I started spotting bright pink, turned to a light red and ended in a bright pink it lasted for about 3-4 days it wasnt enough to get on any pads it was only when i wiped. I had a temp dip on the first day of bleeding and it rose the next day to 98.9 from 98.2. So i figured it was a weird AF until fast forward its been a week and 2 days since that happened im still cramping, having boob pain, and MASSIVE diarrhea and nausea in the morning it calms down by about... 2-3 pm. The diarrhea thing is hereditary for woman in my family its our first sign really. I also never got a drop in my cervix not even while i was bleeding it was very high and soft. Today it is still high, but firm now, very wet and closed. Which is confusing its never felt like this before my nipples are super dark and swollen. I keep getting BFN and I’m getting confused As to why i cant get a BFP or a real period. Either way it goes i need answers lol. Im also very snappy and moody but that could be because I’m so tired i can barley function. Im just very very confused. If anybody has advice please help me.
