WHAT IS GOING ON??

I think my hormones have gone wild. I’m so irritable, my face is terribly broken out, I am having hot flashes again (full sweating), and I lost sooo much hair in the shower just now. Please someone tell me this is normal and short lived!! I had a c section on 2/16

It’s the end of our fourth trimester. No seriously. We’re experiencing another major hormone shift so our bodies are super out of whack. I am having trouble sleeping but am always tired, my hair is falling out, I am cold then hot. I remember this distinctly from my first as I went back to work at 4 months, the same damn time. It will take some time but we’ll regulate again eventually...lol

I feel this to my bones. I am so freaking irritable lately and I feel so bad. I hace times of normalcy but for the most part I am one moody woman. I had my second pp period that ended two days ago and I thought that was it but I'm still feeling it. Its so bad I can't even stand to look at my husband sometimes because he makes me want to scream and throw a fit. I am also sleeping so horribly right now which isn't helping. My son is also going through and I hate sleep phase that is just so hard to deal with. Please let this all end soon 😭

Ive been having some serious cry fests lately! The bends of my knees (only there😮) are having hot flashes/ random bouts of sweating.  My hair is breaking off instead of falling out. And I seriously feel like I'm starting all over with the first trimester again. Headaches, mild cramps, serious bloating, fatigue insatiable appetite, random uncalled for break downs over nothing, sobbing, tears, snot, the whole nine yards. The only thing missing is the 5am nausea (knock on wood). 🤦🏻‍♀️ Postpartum sucks

Me too.  I foolishly thought our hormones would be fixed by now.  Ha!  Not the case

Could be your period trying to come back. The first several cycles can be weeeeird

Yeah, I've been losing my hair a lot too and I had my baby 2/5. I get hot flashes sometimes, particularly when pumping. It's hormonal from what I have read about it.
