Sharp pain

Anyone else 5weeks with I’m hoping ligament pain it’s not always there but when I get up or twist I get a horrible sharp pain on the right side it dosnt last long but it kinda hurts.

My hcg wasn’t hugely high but doubled plus some so that’s good I’m tender on the opposite side but nothing major or sick. Anyone else experiencing this I don’t remember it with the first 2 babies.
