Bird poop toxoplasmosis

Hi all, I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant..I have really bad anxiety and ocd..I’m trying to cope everyday..I’ve been fighting several fears daily..now I’m concerned over toxoplasmosis. Birds often (idk howww) fly into my backyard/kitchen even tho it’s sheltered..and leave droppings everywhere..I have a helper in my house that cleans for me daily..however sometimes there are spots with dried bird poop..on the floor..table..:( it never use to bother me that much until I got pregnant..I’ve read cats shed toxoplasmosis eggs..but do birds do the same? Idk what I should do..(have been washing my hands and feet nonstop it’s hurting me..I really hate it :( )
