Something strange. TTC for 5 months

I am 9 days late and i have a very regular cycle at the most I’ve been maybe 3 days late but never have I been 9 days. Cervix is low and hard and have been for about 2 weeks which is strange because it’s always low and hard a few days before my cycle which I know everyone is different with their cervix. But the strange thing is my breast are extremely sore and I just got out of the shower and I noticed something clear coming from my nipples. I squeezed and even more came out ? I guess it would be breast discharge. I took a pregnancy test strip I received with my ovulation kit “which all ovulation test came out negative and I stopped at the end of what was supposed to be my fertile window” but the pregnancy test I took was negative and I waited a few more days and still negative. I have a obgyn appointment tomorrow which I will have them do a blood test but does this seem like good news ???
