Pregnancy questions 🤔

I’m 24 years old, 17 wks pregnant and This is my first pregnancy so I’m OVERLY cautious 😅 I haven’t been outside because I’ve been told that the mosquitos aren’t good for baby, which is understandable .... BUT I’ve had this weird craving to be outside and by water

So my question is what kind, if any, bug spray can I use?

Also, Can I tan? I know I have to wear sunscreen but what SPF? Can I use tanning lotion? 🤔
