I don’t know what this is

AF it’s late for 2 days and this is the month that me and my husband decided to start conceiving

And I’ve been on birth control patches since

Last March

And stoped last month

Could the delay of my period because of the patches or unbalanced hormones caused by it

I don’t think or feel I’m pregnant because I don’t feel anything at all and toke home test pregnancy at 11 dpo and it was negative
