I’m trying to conceive and I was wondering if I should fertility pills to help like pink stork???

I’m trying to get pregnant but also my boyfriend smokes but we are both cleaning our systems so would taking a fertility supplement help or should we both take them??

Taking prenatals is a good start but really quitting bad habits would be better. Drinking plenty of water. Eating a fertility rich diet. Excercising, there are some yoga poses that are great for fertility. Depending on how long you’ve been trying you may both need to get checked at the dr - bloodwork, ultrasound, sperm analysis etc.. also probiotics, red raspberry leaf tea is great for uterine health and regulating hormones, ovulation tests - test twice a day at the same times every day after your period till you narrow down when you ovulate. Then have sex every other day leading up to ov day and 3-4 days after. This is just some of the stuff my partner and I did/ we tried to conceive for 6 years for our first.

I drank the pink stork tea when we were trying. I don’t know if it helped me get pregnant but it tasted yummy and I liked drinking it!
