Some advice rn would be great 😬😬

Hiya ladies so here’s my situation. I’m a little bit paranoid currently because I started heavily bleeding after sex this evening (like period!) I am not due on and have been on the pill to control my periods for about a year and half and never really experienced break through bleeding before! I’m wondering if I’ve started bleeding because we’ve knocked or cut something seriously or I should be worried ! (Also im experiencing cramps) this has only happened tonight and has never occurred before ! (Also can I add that although I am on the pill it is very rare we don’t use a condom as I’m usually worried!)

If someone could leave some advice or at least calm my nerves that’d be great and much appreciated right now !! Thank you !!
