Really scared but....

So I have been spotting for 30 days now😭 went to the hospital yesterday they did blood work pap smear checking for infection ultrasound and all and said they don't see anything wrong....I have pcos but usually that causes period to come every few months or all over the place but never on this long...really sucks because can't go to the Dr because of no Insurance..can't get Medicaid hubby makes "to much" which is ridiculous..I don't know what to do they said my blood count was good to has this happened to anyone?
