Anybody struggle with pain?

So after a 1.5 very light unusual period with a lot of cramping. That was last Tuesday. On Sunday we had sex as I hadn’t bled for 3 days, however it made me bleed a little. So we had sex again last night and it was really painful. Anyone had this issue? Could it be that my period was early pregnancy bleeding? I’ve booked an appointment with the gp. Don’t want it to interrupt baby making.
