Have you had a boob job? And is it worth it?

I’m super insecure about my boobs, idc that they’re small it’s more so what they look like. They look prepubescent and frankly I feel like a child. 
Ive considered getting a boob job to fill them a bit more, but I’m worried about the health risks and recovery.

I personally didn’t get one but my sister did and she said it was well worth it to her. She recovered just fine without issue. I would look into Breast implant illness before you make a decision. That’s what deterred me from getting mine done.

Research, research, research. I am 100% happy with mine and would do it again! I was less than an A cup with a 32 band. Beware of a doctor that promises you a cup size. Discuss how big you want to go. I had no idea what breast sizes really looked like, and would have asked for a B. The doctor told me he couldn’t do a size, but would do what matched my frame. I am now a D. I wouldn’t want to be any smaller or bigger. Mine are under the muscle, with the incision below my breast at the fold. Other options are above the muscle and insertion can be done through the armpit or belly button. Those have to be over the muscle. I believe over is an easier recovery but under the muscle looks more natural. My recovery wasn’t bad at all, but I handle pain well. I did not have any drains. You also have the choice of saline or silicone. Silicone cannot be done until you are a certain age (23 I think). Ask a million questions. Do not be shy. If the doctor can’t give you a satisfactory answer, don’t use that doctor. Honestly, watch some episodes of Botched where they fix bad boob jobs. It may scare you off, but it will also teach you about what exactly the procedure is and what can go wrong, so you know what questions to ask.
