I had a pelvic ultrasound for an unrelated issue and the dr has said my ovaries appear like someone with pcos, but of course need to have lab work done to determine if I do have it or not. We are on month 3 of ttc, I test with opk and my opks don’t appear like those with pcos, they are negative/very light, then get a surg and then go back to negative. I also have short but regular periods? The past two months have been 27-28 days and I bleed for 3 days. Just came off birth control in February. Could I still have pcos with regular light periods and normal opks??
