Convincing Dr to induce

How do I convince my Dr to induce me before 41 weeks? This is my second pregnancy. I was induced at 41 weeks and she came 41+3. Right now i am 39+4. I have an appointment on Monday. I will be 40+1. The doctors are talking about an induction date at 41 weeks, which would be on the 10th and I would be 41+1. How can I get my doctors to agree to induce me next week? I don’t have any medical reason but it would only be a few days before 41 w and i personally don’t think 4 days will make a huge difference.
