Pap smear question?

Hi ladies. I had a pap back in April and got my results online. When I researched the "absence of" phrase it made it sound bad. Like the collection of cells wasnt good enough and I'd need another one. I thought if that was the case my dr would call to reschedule one but I never got a call. Can someone interpret this for me? Is Google just scaring me? Lol.
