Breastfeeding After your Period Starts

Hey ladies! This is my 2nd kiddo, but it was 8yrs apart. I've been breastfeeding my 7 month old son since birth & haven't had a period until this morning.

My question is; How will this effect things?

* I've been dealing with depression & anxiety and my Dr told me my hormones wouldn't level out until my first cycle.

So I'm hopeful that that's what's gonna happen.

*Did anyone else have any positive effects from their 1st cycle after pregnancy?

*2nd Q; Will this effect breastfeeding? Im worried this will negatively impact my milk supply.
