What does lightening crotch feel like?

Wondering if that’s what I’m experiencing?

I just had to pee really bad, used the bathroom and then came to sit down at my kitchen table and have this really sharp pain from my vagina up to what feels like my bladder or maybe my uterus. It’s not like a quick pain, it was there constantly for about 3 min and then faded off. If I leaned a certain way it would get worse. I didn’t experience anything like this with my first kid.

Also, I’m only 18 weeks. I read that it usually happens later in pregnancy. My belly has grown A LOT in the last couple weeks.
