Is hitting the cervix bad?

Question

My partner always hits my cervix and it hurts bad. I try to tell him but he doesn’t realize when he hits it sometimes he hits it too hard. Last night idk what happened but out of no where I got really intense cramps and my butt hole started hurting (we didn’t do anal). The cramps were so bad I was shaking and had to take pain pills. I heard hitting the cervix can cause infertility but idk if that’s true.

Bullshit on his end. His dick can feel when it hits a flesh wall. I bet if you stopped sex all together every time it started to hurt he would suddenly realize when he's hitting the cervix. It shouldn't cause infertility issues, but it can cause some insanely bad cramping that can last a while and even cause spotting

I don't think it will cause infertility. But, you can get a bruised cervix. I would suggest trying a defferent position where he wouldn't go so deep. Tell him he is causing you pain going too deep. You can google positions that will be more comfortable.

When I get that pain I immediately stop having sex. It’s over and it’s done for the day. ✌🏼 he needs to learn to stop. A guy can always tell. My cervix is hit a lot because I have a tilted uterus so most positions hurt me a lot. You just have to find positions that aren’t deep penetrating. Until then, when he does that you stop sex and it’s done until next time and when he learns 🤷🏻‍♀️

I agree with the others about position and stopping sex if he's not listening to you when you say it hurts. I'd also add that being warmed up makes the difference for me. Are you guys doing forplay? Its really important

I haven't ever heard of it causing infertility. But it definitely feels terrible. Is it all the time or only some positions? Because we have to avoid positions to stay away from that happening.

I agree that for play and warming up (have him go slow and gentle at first) helps a lot. I also agree about trying different positions. Me on my side or me on top works for less penetration. I notice a definite change depending what part of my cycle I’m in (because I’m pretty sure the cervix changes it’s depth during ovulation etc). Sometimes I don’t have to worry about him hitting my cervix at all, other times we have to be super careful. I have also had pain and intense cramping because of it.

Sex shouldn't hurt like that. Try different positions and see what helps but even hitting your cervix shouldn't hurt that much. You may have something more serious going on. You should see your ob/GYN.
