Trichotillomania
Does anyone else struggle with trichotillomania? I’ve been dealing with it for almost 4 years now. I never thought it would continue this long. I want to stop bc it has destroyed my self esteem and I’m also pregnant so I really want to stop so my child doesn’t see me pulling my hair and develop the same habit 😞
