After cerclage removal how long til labor start?

I had my cervical cerclage put on last Tues ( may 21st at 13 weeks 5 days) I'm now 15 weeks 1 day. I start my progesterone shots next Tuesday(June 11) i will get them weekly until week 36 of pregnancy. The cerclage will be removed week 37(October 31) how long until labor typically starts after removal of cervical cerclage? Should I bring my bags with me when I get my cerclage removed? This is my first time having one. I carried my first up to 36 weeks. Thank you in advanced 😊

With my 2nd pregnancy they told me I should go into labor right away.  She was head down and I was contracting.  When I went from the clinic to L&D she was moving a lot.  They think she flipped.  A week later I had an ultrasound, was dilated to a 4 and she was trying to birth feet first.  Ended up with a section.
With my 3rd they wouldn't take my stitch out till I was on the operating table and they were delivering my son.  I had to have a repeat section do to hospital insurance.  I was dilated to 2.5 when he was delivered.
This pregnancy my ob is confident we can do a vbac.  I am 18wks and cervix was looking great a week ago, so we will see!!

With my last pregnancy I got it removed at 36 weeks and went into labor at 39 weeks

Depends, some people deliver right away, some people end up being induced at 40 weeks. If your cervix hasn’t drastically shortened before cerclage removal I think it’s safe to say you will have a bit of a wait.
