Missed Miscarriage of One Twin- Will I Lose the Other?

I went in for my nine week ultrasound of our twins, only to find out Baby B had stopped growing and lost it's heartbeat around 7+1 weeks. I'm now at 10+2 weeks with the other baby (who is completely healthy and had a HB of 186 per minute.) Should I worry at all about the health of Baby A? Any success stories of women who have lost one twin but continued a healthy pregnancy?

The person who carried me got pregnant with twins and one of them dissolved. Here I am, almost 20 years later. So yeah you’ll be fine

Unfortunately this is veey common with twins. I was carrying twins and lost one at 6 weeks. The other twin is thriving at 29 weeks. I think you'll be just fine.
