Bleeding during early pregnancy

I started bleeding Tuesday morning with 0 cramps or pain I went to the ER Wednesday with bleeding and my HCG levels were 273 but I'm supposed to be 6 weeks. I didnt bleed at all yesterday when I went to the dr they did more blood work but I wont know my results til Monday. Anyone else experienced this? I started light bleeding again today. I'm hoping it's not a miscarriage I had one before and I bled heavy like a period this isnt like a period at all it's super light and doesnt even soak a pad in a days time.
