Lower back aches

So I’m super anxious and sensitive to every ache and pain after having a miscarriage in 2017 (went on to have a full term pregnancy after that) and then having a chemical last month. After a day watching ball on some hard benches, my lower back has a constant dull ache, with a couple small (almost not noticeable) cramps on my sides/front. I don’t remember from my last pregnancy how early this started and of course always assume the worst with my history of losses. I know aches and cramping is often normal. I’m anywhere from 4 weeks 4 days along to 5 weeks 4 days along (longer cycles since having my little girl so won’t know forsure until I have ultrasound)

Just wondering if anyone can calm my mind and tell me you are experiencing/have experienced the same thing at this point of pregnancy?
