Needing advice about pregnancy

So I’m currently 11 weeks and never felt this before but when I lay on my sides my like ovaries/uterus starts cramping and feeling uncomfortable so it makes it harder to lay on my sides when I lay on my left side my right side hurts and when I lay on my right side my left side hurts it’s wierd I was trying to take a nap and it happen this is the first time that it’s happened today . I don’t know what it coukd he this is mu first pregnant I hope it’s normal . I took a picture of me pointing of where it hurts on each side. Hopefully it’s totally normal
