Cluster feeding? Low supply?

Recently my breasts have started feeling empty (softer, no let down etc).. this has been happening for 2 days and my baby was refusing to eat... but tonight she started eating for long amounts of time back to back, the only thing is I feel like nothing is coming out. My babys diapers have been fine so far i think. I just don’t think she’s taking much in... but she’s been sleeping fine and not very fussy. If she was starving would she be fussing?? I’m so scared for her and she will not take a bottle. How quickly will cluster feeding help my supply.
