Am I the only one ?

Am I the only one who feels self conscious and insecure when I see that my boy friend has like other females pictures on social media? Not like normal everyday pictures but like half nude and it’s always the really attractive ones with a big butt, big boobs, and a nice body over all. Here I am with a 32AA chest size, a chubby tummy, and I have recent cut all my hair off so I already have my own insecurities. He thinks I’m being ridiculous and childish but yet has told me he’s no longer attracted to me .
